Do I see a repeat coming of that cold night two years ago in Blacksburg?

Plus VT has been dominating everyone they play, no second half comebacks or close calls for us unlike USC and Texas.

The biggest controversy will be the possibility of 2 teams going undefeated with reasonably tough schedules, yet getting left out of the national championship. I think the NCAA has to come out and admit that the current format for choosing playoff teams isn't fair. They need a new format. The only thing with that is you can't say all undefeated teams should have a shot at the championship because you don't want some school with a weak schedule playing when a team with 1 loss and a tough schedule is just as deserving. Also, you can't have them play too many games. I think they should drop one regular season game and implement a playoff format where the top 4 or 5 BCS teams have a playoff. I'd only let 5 teams play if they all were undefeated, otherwise I'd keep it to the top 4 that way only 2 games would be played at most by each school. In the event there were 5 undefeated teams, the top ranked bcs team would get a bye. Either way, the current format isn't working out, and I know the majority out there wouldn't mind seeing an extra game.

It sucks when no one mentions one of the best teams to ever play the game of football. PENN STATE. Ive been born and raised a Penn State fan since the day i could raise my hands to symbolize a touchdown. They are one of the most deserving teams at a national title (even if they lost a BULLSHIT game to michigan). Sure they are jsut coming back from a terrible 5 year drought, but give them some **** credit. The big ten is by far the toughest league in the NCAA. As they may not get/deserve the National title this year (I think Texas should take it), We are back to be a feared team once again. Another problem with college football is preseason rankings, I don't think they should be done until at least halfway through the season.

Lane Stadium is a sick place. I've been to big games for ND, TN, Mich State, Mich, and Purdue...none came close in loudness to Lane. It really surprised me when the 60-70,000 fans at Lane could be much louder than the 110,000 or so fans at Neyland.

I haven't read any of the posts but if this has been said then sorry. but if va tech runs out, its gonna be hard to keep them out of the bcs championship game. texas doesn't play a ranked opponent until the conference championship game and this could cause texas the shot at the championship game.

btw the BCS systems sucks. Playoff system please.
