Poll: Best 4" Components

I am looking for a set of 4" components for my 300zx. It is not a very common size, so I don't have a lot of options. I will be running about 85watts rms.

There is obviously two different price points here, the first three are around $150 and the last three around $250. Please let me know if the lat 3 options are worth the extra $100.

If you know of places with better pricing or other options that are good, I am all ears.
