Polk/Momo Components

I was about to order the MB Quart PCE-216 6.5" components for $270, until I saw that Crutchfield has the Polk/Momo 6.5" components for $270 also...Which is the better buy? How do these sets differ in sound? Thank you.

I have the Polks and they are very nice. I had them installed in the stock speaker locations in my QX4. The tweeters are mounted in the pilars and the mid-woofers are mounted in the doors. I love the silk tweeters because they not as harsh as others yet they provide very nice sound. I have mine crossed over at 80 Hz and they do very well. They are powered by Kicker KX700.5.

Hey, I have the 5 1/4" and I have to agree with Echo. These are great speakers, I just got my pair friday. I bought mine off Ebay for $194 shipped, don't buy from Cruthcfield they are way overpriced. Heres a link to who I bought them from
