Polk DB for $150

I was recommend a Planet Audio for $95 on eBay that does 150wrmsx2 @ 4ohms...so I might look into that. its the Planet Audio 3002.

Would certainly get the job done dang near the same as the PA LT620/2. Is that $95 with shipping?

no

$95 + $16 for shipping.

Its a factory refurb though. But I have had good luck(cross my fingers AND touch wood) with refurbs.

Hmmm. Might be a coin toss. I have no direct experience with Planet Audio amps, so I can't comment in detail.

If I had a refurb 3002 and a new LT620/2 in front of me and I could only pick one, I'd be all over the LT. My opinion, anyways.

Well will it put out anywhere near what its rated?

Not underrated, but not overrated, either. They should yield output at or within 5-10% of the stated ratings (at 14.4V, of course). Hey, at $80 it leaves little room to complain. LOL

You can hit up ebay and look for a Phoenix Gold Xenon X100.2 or X200.2 - saw some on the cheap last week. Awesome amps.

i probably recommended the Planet Audio as i have a PA 4ch and monoblock, they are great amps very reliableand i ran a 4ch PA amp to my momos before it fried

It fried due to getting wet not anything to do with the amp itself.
