Polk Audio Quality

Just curious to know if Polk Audio's car products are still good quality? I found some DB5251 components for $100 and thinking about grabbing them, just want to make sure Polk is still a high quality manufacturer. Thanks.

Good stuff if you aren't looking for SPL. More quality oriented gear. I have some of their headphones and they sound amazing

From the signature it seems like you already have some Polk DB gear? I don't think what's sold right now is any worse. 100-120 bucks, that's about their average price online on amazon and such.

I had Polk MMs all around in my last car till I wrecked it. Best speakers I've ever had. Tried some Alpine's and CDT's in my current but there's no comparison. So I just ordered more MMs and will keep using them over and over. I love my polks and a couple buddies bought the dB series because they liked mine and are more then happy with them.
