So I'm wanting to run a 15" in the trunk for more of a SQ type setup and want to run sealed to save a lot of space. These have always kind of intrigued me since I heard a pair of 10's sealed at a competition one time. They sounded nice and had quite a bit of output for sealed. My question is Polk recommends 1.5 for sealed and 2.5 for ported. Does this seem like enough? I was going to maybe go 2 cubes and give it a little more room. 1.5 seems so tiny for a 15 but... And I've always preferred ported or sealed but even at 2.5 I could port this thing and still have some room in my trunk. What do you guys think?

Going in the trunk of a '99 Monte Carlo and have about 400 rms ran to it if this information helps...

I've never hear the 15'' variant, but wanted to make sure you know that Crutchfield has the 15's for $89.99

Yup. That's exactly why I was thinking of going with one. They're 149.99 all over except at Crutchfield right now. I'm used to 2 12's ported with around 1000 watts. I just don't know if the 15 sealed up is going to give me enough output for my liking. I want to downsize just don't want to lose a bunch of output.
