Just wanted to post my experience with Polk Audio's customer service for the ca.com community. I have a pair of SR6500s and the tweeters stopped responding. Not sure if it was a defect or my fault (most likely) but I sent them in. I didn't have the original receipt. I sent them in during an inventory week and I had a box on my door step in less than 2 weeks. One small problem was that when I opened the box there was only 1 tweeter, but it was brand new. I called them today and they didn't ask any questions, and told me they'd send the other tomorrow. What I really liked is that they didn't charge a dime. However, they did say next time, I'd need the receipt.
From my experience, the guys at Polk did an excellent job to keep their customers happy and coming back for more!
