Panasonic CQ-DP830EUC

This is a deck I was thinking of buying of a fellow car audio phene in canada....but I simply cannot find ANYHTHING on this deck....pics or specs.!!

could you please help me to find info on it?

I had that deck back in 96. It was 40 W max MOSFET, single RCA (2v) rear preout.. . think it was fading type.

The display was very basic, geen LCD type numbers, green backlighting. I have given the 930EUC deck to my friend in the past month, along with the manual. I can probably tell you lots about it (my 830 was stolen, but I replaced it with the "next year 45W version 930EUC"). Crap, it was either from 35 to 40 or 40 to 45, I cannot remember that.

this was your first post.. didn't say if it was old, or if it was a 1997 model...

how was it in terms of reliability? did it skip? read cd R's?

It rarely skipped on me, but I only had it a year or so before it was stolen and I bought the 930. Yes, it and the 930 were able to read CD-Rs just fine.
