plz help! need help how to fix My amp

I have a planet audio bb2 2400.1 Amp i boult it off this dude said it worked but it dont im Wanting to fix it i have it all powered with 0/1 wire with 250 Amp fuse when i turn My Head Unit on tha planet audio logo lights up but tha green power light dosnt light up And no sound out of tha outputs plz,help
