PLZ HELP... (is it worth it)

Im in ohio for the weekend and i love to stop in all the local pawn shops and car audio shops looking for ppl that dont know what they have. well I found a nice looking set of DD 12"s so i asked a little about them and the guy knew nothing... I got a screwdriver and pulled them out the box and took this pic. looks old (stamped basket?) can anyone help me ID them...

if they work...and when you press on cone its not scratchy and they still feel pretty tight...not loose or sloppy they are worth it...I'd buy them for $150 a pair
