Plywood

this statement bugs me...

The Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has exempted wood panel products bonded with phenolic adhesives from all formaldehyde testing requirements.

Not puttin' that in my car.

Does wood glue bond to it???? crazy glue, arc welder, what?

Why try to reinvent the wheel....MDF is the preferrable material because it's dense and easy to seal up. I can see that kind of material cracking and splitting all over the place.

why would you buy this, if you can get mdf for $7 a sheet?? seems stupid..
I'd love to know where to get MDF for $7 a sheet here //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif

Wouldn't use anything else if that were the case //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
