sure. I got my money outta mine years ago...it just happens to have a circle jig on it, and still works. I've done good with a jigsaw too, WITH the right blades.

yep i had one returned it to walmart and bought me a ryobi router and a jasper jig and man is it so simple and perfect to use i just finished cuting 20 rings today in about 2 hours.

bottom line, if you have it, go ahead and use it. If you have to buy it, get something else.

So true, If ya got it use it. I wouldn't go out and buy it for that purpose though. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

i got one,it sucked returned it and bought a router for less and it works like a charm. it is a good tool but not for cutting sub holes. You would be better off using a jigsaw before a rotozip

rotozip's are great tools.... just not for woofer boxes. The wood is so dense it takes forever for the bit to cut it. And the circle jig is great unless you have a 15+" woofer. It only cuts 12" holes with it. I use a jigsaw to cut out the holes.

They arent really made for wood cutting IMO. But if you wanna drywall something or cut a buncha sheetrock up these things f*cking pwn.
