Alright I have now sold the 2 12" fi bl's that were to go into my elco because I did not want to cut the floor to fit the subs in there and I didn't wan to have to ride the seat up. So my plan is to run 4 jbl p1022 in a ported box with about 6 cubic feet tuned at 32 hertz. Then 2 sets of focal 165 v1components. Subs powered by 2 alpine 1000s digital amps and the highs powered by an alpine pdx 4.150. Pioneer headunit. DO you think this will sound good. I want the bass but will I be able to hear the highs? Would you ride with this system? I'm geeting a deal on the subs and the speakers so I am kinda budget minded. speakers at 150 a set and subs for 600 total. I might not run those amps because of price but if I run any other amp it will be close to those. What do you think?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fro.gif.c695f1f814b01c4ad99fe7f8cccadd29.gif

If you are talking about the PDX amps, then I would get a different set of amps, they arent that great imo. Otherwise it looks pretty good, but as for sounding good that is up to the installer.

hey, another of the very few audio enthusiasts of washington hehe.

setup sounds decent to me, and for the PDX amps not being good, i havent heard that either. Actually, i've heard the total opposite, but i guess people have their own opinions. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif
