If you have stock now, yes it should make an improvement in the output of sound as it will produce more power.

Might need a wiring harness. on ebay for about 10 bucks for your exact model car.

and a dash kit for your exact model car. prob under 35

should be all. id wait to hear from others . but i think this is it.
