Hi everyone,

I am Dave, who is new to this awsome site. I would like to get some help from you expericed audio techs.

I have a 2004 Cevy Avalanche and I recently bought this midgate box (http://subthump.com/avalanchemidgate.htm) As you might have noticed it has 1.17 air space for each section (2 sections). I would like to add the 12w3v3 subs to this box.

My question is, Do I have enough air space for these sub-woofers to function properly? without any harm? If it's to little or to much, would they still be okay and sound good? Please post your input of this issue. Thank you!

Dave

you can put some polyfill in it and trick it into being bigger. there's a formula to find out how much but im sick with the flu and i dont really care about this right now
