How can i put a two(2) way comp set in the front of a sedan, amplified ofcourse, and play all the hz 20-10K(what ever the hi is) and not hurt the midrange. I play my music very loud. I understand Hipass and LowPass filters. But I had my hipass on my last car set to 125 because any lower would hurt my speakers (using coaxials then)... Do i just need to buy better 2way comp set? will having comp set remove this problem totaly.

Also if your comps hipass is set to 100hz, and your low pass is 80hz for your subwoofers? where does 80-100hz? go? Does nothing play those hz?

I know noob questions but i dont want to invest money and waste it and or hurt speakers but i dont want to miss notes... Thanks everyone.

^^ read that entire post, should clear it up for you.

And you don't want to run your component set all the way down to 20hz. The mids simply weren't designed to play that low with any kind of actual output, and attempting to have them do such will not only likely cause damage, but also severely impede their overall performance and output capabilities due to increased distortion, etc.
