Plastic divider on amp broke

So while hooking up amp tonight I broke the outside plastic divider on the positive terminal. Is it still ok to use amp? The wire is in no danger of touching the remote because the inside peice is still intact. It also is not close to the fuses without it on the outside. Thoughts?

picture of the problem?

You will be fine. Even if it the + touches the remote terminal, it wont hurt anything, the amp just wont shut off.

However, if it touches the ground terminal, or the metal frame of your car.. thats a different story.
