any opinion on planet audio's amps?

i see they have a whole bunch of different series, which all more or less cary similar power ratings. are some better than others..?

well, the price on this one looks quite nice. it's an rem-4300.

i have a friend running planet audio to his treo's, and he never stops talking about how much cleaner it sounds compared to his kicker amp.

I have a few friends with Planet Audio Amps and I have seen a few bad *** installs with them... I dig'em...

where i work we sell the BB and Vortex series amps, both are great and reliable amps, we hardly ever have a problem with them, they are rated well and have good clean power. the BB650.1 and the BB1250.1 are very small in size for the amount of power they produce. another thing thats great is they carry a 5-year warranty.

Can't please everybody.

Know plenty of people that have had no trouble with them, and swear by them for the price.

i have two of them right now!! i LOVE PA!! planet audio is awesome.. EVERY single amp i've ever seen tested from them puts atleast rated power...rare nowadays.... and with a 5 year warranty it makes them even sickier!!..

Tha t REm model amp ur looking at is a good one I've used that series before and they put out wha tthey say and very durable IMO. Example i left my back glass open in my old single cab the amp got rained on and it didnt work for 2 days but after it dried worked 100% again not many amps can say the same.

i dunno i've been communicating with defcon, he just got a PA amp that crapped out on him in 2 weeks. Seems like it's the people not running PA that hate on it, I wonder why. Either way, I think their birthsheet is full of crap. My profile cl1200 pounded my subs way harder than my PA VX900d...

Planet Audio is a danm good amp. Very reliable and crank a ton of power. They just need better marketing technique's.
