pioneer w4500nex

I have a pioneer w4500nex and it’s acting funny in hd radio and CarPlay. Every time I hit the volume button it start to search through the stations. it sounds like I’m double tapping the buttons Also the camera view will come up randomly. Doesn’t happen in Bluetooth or anywhere else that I can tell. Only does it when it wants to Any ideas would be great
