Pioneer vs. Alpine - Decision help

I narrowed it down to Pioneer TS-A1371R and Alpine SPS-13C2. Both 5.25"

I was wondering which ones are better or if anyone has any experience with either. There basically right in my price range. Out of the two which one has more bass for 5.25" and yet still is loud enough. If there is another brand that is in the same price range but better in those two categories what are they but I dont want to get swampped with alot.

Hmm, ill pick the Pioneers, i have some Premier addition of those speakers, pretty similar and sound pretty good and theyre cheap too!

And they should sound pretty good off that Pioneer deh-390mp youre getting, especially if u have an iPod hooked up!

Thats my 2 cents, for a good kid on a tight budget with limited choices
