Just thought I'd share...please note that my first response was at the bottom...

Such a great response...Can you reply back to me with someone overseas that can assist me? My question wasn’t if you had them in stock...it was if the unit was capable of having the the P90 face plate work with it. They are essentially the same unit...I just need to be sure. Please forward this to your boss too if possible. This is the worst customer service that I have ever seen. Next time I spend two thousand dollars on stereo equipment or recommend someone stereo equipment I refrain from recommending your product simply based on service.

I currently own a Pioneer DEX-p9 and DEQ-p9. I noticed the other day that Pioneer now has what is called the DEQ-p90 which looks to be a european version of my head unit.

My question...

I would like to know if the face plate of the european DEX-p90 will work on my p9. The black faceplace looks much more eye appealing to me at this time.

If this is possible, could you please point me in the right direction to purchase the faceplate for my CD player.
