dougie (@pioneer~saturn) can't get on the forums any more, so he just now asked me to put the word out to the community as he's moving onto bigger and better things.
most of you og's know him from here and caco, but he's vested 10 years and a large handful of rebuilds into the 97 sl2 with most all of the progress logged between here, caco, smd, and facebook.
its possibly one of the most unique and awe inspiring sound machines ever built. set up for three 15's as it sits for high fidelity playback, but not really a show stopper without more power and larger subs.
i got my first 155+ demo from this thing 10 years back when it wasnt as easy to acheive playing music, so i kinda hope he can find a buyer that will keep it as the loudest saturn.

1997 Saturn SL2

Bassheads only, not a daily driver. Has been beyond-babied for over a decade and is in fantastic shape for the age, mileage, and weight added. If you love tons of air movement and lows in a small car, this is definitely one of the best out there. Has been garaged and taken care of.
I do not need to sell this and is my baby, so the price is very firm and I will not sell it for less (just wanting to put it out there as it would expedite some large purchases that I am planning) Having said that, the 225a Mechman alternator will need rebuilt and Mike Singer says he can do that and I would entertain taking the cost of the rebuild off of the purchase price.
Also, the reverse gear went out years and years ago...hasn't really been an issue thus far if you aren't used to it, but these transmissions can be found pretty cheaply if you'd want the reverse gear (I made ramps to pull up onto in the garage so that it could nuetral-roll out of the garage)
