Pioneer Premiere CDX-FM1259 problems STILL

Hey I checked for a reset button on the Remote controller of the cd changer, and it didn't have one. I checked the ground wire again and it is contacting the metal just fine. I even checked the wiring under the door casing and from what I saw, the wiring was fine. If it was the ground wire, would the unit have any power at all?? Because it is still loading the CDs and spinning them after I manually push in the cartridge. Someone please help, this is driving me insane!!!
