http://www.electronicsbonanza.com - there's a clause in their conditions / terms of use that states that if a manufacturer (like Pioneer) won't honor the manufacturer's warranty because they're not an authorized dealer, they'll honor it themselves, on the same terms.

That's what sold me, anyway.

Any other places do that?
