Yes it has IP-Bus, it's literally made to work with an pioneer deck with IP-Bus connection, it will control the unit through it...

Eh yeah that would be no good. Ive got a 6400cd screen (i think thats the model # off the top of my head) Thats just taken all the abuse it can take. The motor no longer works, and its stuck up, and the rca's cut in and out from time to time. Im trying to find something pioneer since id like to keep my changer/ipod controler
