Anyone? Just need to know if this HU is good to run active system instead of passive. Thanks

i would say yea it is. basically the same thing as an 800prs.

Haha i think your talking about about the 980bt which is above the 800prs but still not active capable.

The unit he is talking about is a double din touch screen with nav. This unit does have nice sound quality with limited tuning options but does not include a active crossover. I do think that it would be a great head unit to use with a external crossover to run active if you want all that extra functionality of a touchscreen.

Ya no big deal. I own a pioneer 7800 which is the same thing at the 9800bt just without bluetooth only differences are that the 880/800 prs has auto eq and time alignment vs manual and the active crossover.
