Pioneer Premier DEH-P690UB...now what!!?

Hi All,

This is my first post since I just join this website. I just bought a pioneer premier P690UB head unit and I am trying to buy all other accesories one at time. The next one I want to acquire is the amp, but it seems to be very difficult to choose the right one even I have read lots of topics in different pages.

I want a good quality sound system in my car, however I am not interested in having an extra-mega-hyper high louder system, I just want to hear high quality music. I mean, I like the bumping but I do not want to go to a professional level tough.

So, Can you help me to get best choices according?:

HU: Pioneer Premier DEH-P690UB

AMP:...I believe I would buy a kicker amp, but I just do not know how to choose it...

SW: I have not make any research yet, so any suggestions are welcome!

My car is Volkswagen "Derby" 2002, 2.0 Sportline (I am not sure if it has the same name out of Mexico, so I am attaching a photo.

what speakers will the amp be for? budget?

Hi jblayz1,

I was told that the speakers I have from fabric are good enough I have 2 speakers in front doors and other two in the rear table above the back seat, however I do not know how many wattage they have. Anyway, I believe the speakers are not so expensive, so If you recommend it then I would buy them as well...budget for speakers, maybe 35 usd each?
