Pioneer Premier 770mp messed up

My 770mp is messed up. I was playing at a very high volume and the fuse in the back of the deck blew. When I replaced the fuse I heard a pop. Now it puts out very low remote voltage out the remote wire, about 2 volts. The deck also is ******* power, about 1.5 amps. I bought it online about a year and a half ago so I don't think that I have a warranty and I don't want to send it out. Right now I have it hooked up so the power wire connected into an accessory wire so it won't **** power when my car is off but it won't save any of my setting so it is a pain in the butt. Does anyone know enough about electronics to tell me how I could fix it, would I have to send it out, or would should I just get a new deck.
