Pioneer Pico Fuse Fix?

Hey guys, just wondering how I can fix my Pico fuse :\ I tried wrapping the copper wire around my RCAs and everything. I never had any alternator whine before I installed my four channel, and I know it was my own fault plugging it in with the battery still connected. I do not need to be bitched at I'm just asking how to fix the problem.

link the ground to the amps RCA and the decks RCA. all to the deck. or take it in and have a tech repair it.

Louisiana CRX do you know how to repair it...or? and what do you mean by running the ground to the headunit rcas and the amp rca? like ground them to the chassis?
