pioneer or rainbow components

I am looking to put my first system in my car. After doing some research, i believe my final choices are the rainbow slc265 or the pioneer premiers ts-c720prs. I am looking for clarity (more sq), smooth highs with a decent mid. which one do u think is a better overall speaker?

I will also take into considerations other suggestions for 250 and under

I just bought and had installed a pair of Rainbow SLC 265 Kicks, and I'm VERY happy with them. They provide me with all of the qualities you mentioned you are looking for. A very clear and balanced set of speakers.

I highly recommend the 265 Kicks.
