Pioneer head unit with no sound

Hey all. I just purchased a refurb Pioneer AVH-W4400NEX from Sound of Tristate. I’m using the maestro rr and to2 for the 2016 4Runner. So I have it all hooked up per the instructions and everything is working but I can’t get any sound through the speakers. I have the JBL system with factory amp and maestro says to plug the rcas into the audio input rcas of the stereo but still no sound. Also, I’ve disconnected and reconnected the blue remote wires. Any ideas?
