Pioneer GM-X962 Amp and which subs???

Hi,

I'm new to this and have a few questions about wiring and which subs to go with. I have a Pioneer GM-X962 amp and I am looking to run two 10" subs (or one 12" if it will be as good as two 10" subs) due to size limitations. The specs on the amp are:

Power source - 14.4 V DC (10.8-15.1 V allowable)

Grounding system - Negative Type

Current Consumpsion - 25 A (At continious power, 4 ohms)

Average current draw - 9.6 A (4 ohms for 2 channels), 17.3 A (4 ohm for 1 channel)

Max Power Output - 250 W x 2 / 760 W x 1

Continius Power Output - 125 W x 2 (at 14.4 V, 4 Ohms), 380 W x 1 (at 14.4 V, 4 ohms), 190 W x 2 (at 14.4 V, 2 ohms)

Load Impedance - 4 Ohm (2-8 Ohm allowable), (Bridge Connection: 4 - 8 ohm allowable)

I am looking at the Alpine Type E (SWE-1042), thoughts? How would I wire this?

Thanks, Tom
