Pioneer gm d8604 and jbl gx 862 speakers

Hi guys I m new to the group. I have a van with pioneer avh4100nex and 6 jbl gx862 and want to hookup a pioneer gm-d8604 do you think it is too much power for these speakers Thanks for any help

That amp will work very well at 100rms@4ohm per channel. Question is, how do you plan on wiring 6 of them to it?

Thanks CSCStang I was going to use the 2 fronts in door and wire the mid and back door for the other 2 channels jbl gx 862 are 2 ohm do you think it's too much power

Wire the mid and back door speakers together it's in a van

That amp will work fine at 2 ohm stereo for the rear
