Great Question Trumpet. Our goal is to bring the best audio components to customers with the best pricing possible.We are a small privately owned company that enjoys the audio world and life style but we understand not every one can afford super high top end equipment so we would like to reach that consumer with reliable and affordable audio parts and equipment along with our product.

Thank you for the feed back and I do not know when you purchased your GT MAT but we have dropped the plastic roller and only use the wooden roller for when sending out our kits and we also offer a upgraded nylon roller as well.
