i want to know if its possible? i know i can only use a single din or whatever it is and that is a double din but some people have said you can make it work? is it true?

I have this same unit in my car but it's a double din replacement. If your Ford has a single din (smaller chassis deck), then why would you want to put this in it? I would imagine you would have to do some custom cutting of the space to make it fit.

Why not just go with a single din unit?
