Pioneer DMH-A240BT weblink display issue

I’m wondering if anybody else has this issue.

I am using a iPhone 10 with a Pioneer DMH-A240BT head unit.

when using weblink I able to mirror the screen fine but when trying to use the Genius maps app or the Vozsis app both appear very small in the top left hand corner of the screen, has anybody else experienced this?

If so, is there a solution to solve this please?

I’ve only had the head unit fitted a few days ago,so it might be something simple that I’ve not worked out about the operation.
