2016 Mazda CX-5 with long extension harness from factory amp

Gonna just try make bullets
-9500es
-Working good for about 2 weeks
-screen stopped turning on
-checked harness wiring
-got 12v from yellow and red when car on
-checked ground to multiple points with DMM
-pulled radio out and harness and directed the leads to see if it works but radio still doesn’t turn on.
-checked radio fuses and car fuses all good
-got replacement from crutchfield
-radio worked for 6 days
-this morning screen and radio was resetting on and off. Got videos.
-called tech support at crutchfield again and they are sending a new harness cause the red on the radio harness wiggles a bit. Yellow and black solid don’t move.
Any one else have issues with those single dins with removable monitors

or is there anything else I can check?
