Pioneer Dehp9600mp rca output problems

what you guys think the problem is? i have a pioneer dehp9600mp connected to a jl audio 300/4 amp . the thing is all my rca outputs in my pioneer work but... only one channel sounds lower than the rest the front left rca output sounds lower than the right output ..I already checked my fade in the headunit everything is centered and i know its not the amp i connected the front right rca output from my stereo to the front left input of the amp and it worked fine so i know its the stereo is it a fix? or trash!??
