Pioneer deh-p7700

So i upgraded from a kenwood mp-4028 with 4v preamp outputs and got the pioneer 7700 2.2v preamps and my subs sound like shit, there is a considerable differnance. why would pioneer sell a $280 deck w/o 4v preamp outputs, im pissed!!!!

Does it really make that much of a difference?

I was thinking about getting that h/u :S

Isnt their a Premier version of it with 4V outputs?
