There is nothing missing or wrong it.
Everything is included and has 2 yrs remaining on the original warranty.
The Clifford GPS210c is brand new. Never used or installed.
Boht units are in the original boxes, all manuals, install guides included.
This unit retails at AUTHORIZED DEI dealers for over $400, not including the gps unit.
