pioneer and itouch

i have a pioneer avh-p4100 and i have a itouch 2nd gen. the installer hooked up accordingly but the itouch will not show videos all you hear is the sound. we hooked up a ipod and it worked on the aux portion. but when i put back the touch, nothing. when i go to aux i get a still picture. can anyone help??
