pioneer 860mp motorized faceplate problem

well up until today the motorized face plate was working flawlessly, no lag or anything. now every time i push the eject button it just beeps and faceplate does not fold down..where can i send this to be repaired?? i figured it would happen one day being a few years old, but i've had zero problems then it just stops working...

Before you send it anywyere, try tapping on the top center of the faceplate when u go to open it, it might take care of the problem.
