pioneer 8600 and changer price?

you think about 350 for a pioneer 8600 and a 6 disc pioneer changer with changer cable and remote and case everything included like when new for hte 8600 and 2 year warranty from bb on the changer is a good price?

not a single scratch on the 8600 and both units work flawlesly

just not sure if i should sell or not just depends how much i will get.
