so i have recently bought a pioneer 6800, and i wanted to hook up my ipod to it using the aux. input. their is a 2.5mm plugin under the face plate of the HU. i purchased a 3.5mm cabel and a 2.5mm adapter. when i plug in the cabel it doesnt give me the option to use the aux. it says in the manual that when their is something pluged in the input the aux function will automatically turn on. i searched the HU and i couldnt find an option anywhere. any ideas.

also how accurate is the battery voltage meter on the head unit, just curious.

Turn the unit off, then go into the set up menu (press in the main knob) and scroll through until you find the option to turn Aux 1 on.

No idea how accurate the battery voltage meter is, but I take it with a pinch of salt.
