I haven't used any alphasonik product... but haven't heard nothing good about them

... I have used and currently own a 3002spl and i'm running it off 800watts and it gets crazy loud and sound very nice.

3000spl vs Type R... Both great drivers

I would go with the pioneer because i have used it and i'm a pioneer fan.

But the type R would be a nice choice too.
