I already have the money in my possesion, via my PayPal credit card. I withdrew the funds from an ATM, several ATM's actually since they only allow $200 per transaction.
So even if he files a claim, all they can do is make my account negative, I still came up on $600. I will send him the picture though, what claim can he make? I listed it under Gaming Memorobilia, not Game Systems. So the item will be exactly as described. I highly doubt there will be a negative reprocussion from this.

Yeah, in a small way I feel bad. But it is entirely his fault for not reading exactly what the auction entails. eBay also requires all PS3 auctions to have a picture of the exact unit you have, and a receipt picture. So since I had neither, he should have known something...

I'm sorry, people are stupid, but that's just wrong. This guy was probably combing eBay looking for a PS3 that he could afford to get for his kids(s) for Xmas, found yours and jumped on it before anyone else did. Now not only does his kid not get a PS3, but he might not get anything.
