eBay would most definitly hold the buyer responsible for paying, or result in negative feedback and whatever else from eBay. It is in the listing so the man is doing nothing wrong.
I might give this a try... Stupid people deserve it.

I doubt he will be held accountable because it was in the systems section. He could try to argue that.

no its not, it's how someone with even a little amount of knowledge rips of stupid people who obviously will bid over $800 and not even read everything on the page. Lol it says its just the picture twice.

I'm saying it's messed up someones doing that type of stuff. Whoever bid on it should have read the auction but the seller knew what they were doing when they started it. I mean who auctions off a picture of a ps3? Anyone capable of bidding on it has the internet which makes them capable of getting the picture off the web for free.
