Picture help. cant get pics to come up without link

im tryin to post a pic on my ads that just shows up and everytime i try it just has the link to it not the actual picture. any help would be great thanks

do you see the little mountain pic above the reply box? it says 'insert image'... click it and go from there... as in the little mountain pic right above where i'm typing this.... lol

ok so i copy and paste the url in there or the html in the mountain box? and if so is it immediate or do the moderators have to approve of it then they post it?
