hes got plenty screws... although wood glue is best. If you use wood glue, the box is just as strong without any screws in it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifyea it doesnt look like it has enough bracing or enough screws.
how many sheets of mdf? well i used 2 but since i work at lowes i managed to pull off sayin i only used 1. it would be a lot harder for a customer to do that.how many sheets of MDF?
what am i covering it with? hmm i dont know. ive built like 6 ported boxes now and i havnt covered any of them. i really wanted to do carpet on this one i guess but im gonna need to get some sand paper to get rid of the gorilla glue on the sides or im gonna have a bumpy carpet job. give me a little while and ill one up you on the specs, ill scan in my design sheet. and if some one wants to do the same enclosure all they have to do is figure out the cutsheet. i had it but i dont remember it.what are you covering with?
