It doesnt look that bad IMO. I have made much worse lol. Just not ported. But throw some carpet on that thing and youre set

Not bad , you can take a scraper or razor blade and scrape the excess caulk off. Then sand /route the edges flush with one another, round over the edges and carpet it. I would move that amp from the floorboard .
